Instructions
  1. In a large bowl – Using a wooden spoon, stir until ingredients are combined. Form into patties and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. May be refrigerated overnight.
  2. To cook- 1 -2 Tablespoons each olive oil and ghee (or butter), for frying. Heat oil and ghee/butter in large skellet, (preferably cast iron) on medium heat. Fry 5-8 minutes , or until crispy and golden brown. Turn over and cook an additional 5-8 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
