Instructions
  1. Using a small double boiler - melt the chocolate chips and butter. Remove from heat and stir in espresso powder, vanilla, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In large bowl - whisk eggs, yolks, sugar and maple syrup. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Whisk in chocolate and butter. Using a wooden spoon, stir in buckwheat flour. Do not over mix.
  3. Butter 6 ramekins and fill each ramekin with cake batter.
  4. Bake approximately 12 minutes and allow to sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve warm with Vixen Kitchen Naked Vanilla Ice Cream and fresh berries.
